InstruMMents 01 is a combination writing implement and measuring tool billed as “the world’s first dimensioning instrument.” Carved in aluminum and steel, the 01 houses a pen, pencil or stylus along with a mag roller that you can use to measure just about anything. You can measure couches and stairs and people and clothes, along with the standard things like picture frames, pieces of wood and other flat surfaces. Since the 01 hooks up to your phone with Bluetooth, it also tracks the measurements you’ve made, allows you to easily convert them to other measurements and even allows you to share them with others.
