From quadcopters and fixed wings, to still cameras and full videos, there are a lot of cool things you can experience when you’re controlling a drone from a controller / phone / tablet on the ground. You get to experience all the places you couldn’t go as a human because you don’t have wings. We say couldn’t because Chinese firm Ehang just dropped details on the Ehang184 Autonomous Aerial Vehicle, which is capable of carrying one person (up to 220lbs) inside. Type in a destination, hop in and let the drone get you where you need to be safely and quickly–as long as it’s not in the US because it’s not legal here… yet. You’re essentially buying a helicopter powered by Skynet, so it should come as no surprise that the price tag on this bad boy is steeper than more supercars. Then again, it’s totally worth it for a flying Uber you only have to pay for once.
