Like fine wine, Clint Eastwood only gets better with age. The Mule, his coming film in association with Warner Bros., stars the veteran actor (he also directs it), Bradley Cooper, Laurence Fishburne, Dianne Wiest, Andy Garcia, and plenty more names you’re no doubt familiar with. Eastwood plays Earl Stone, an elderly man going through a financial crisis he’s not equipped to get out of. He decides to take a job as a driver. Of course, as you’ll see in the trailer, this simple opportunity isn’t so simple at all. The film hits theaters on December 14, which is right in the thick of awards season, so this could be great.
