GoBe works by measuring the glucose in your cells and thus eliminates the need for manual logging, estimating how many calories you think are in some dishes, and reading nutrition labels every time you eat. Now, we’re not scientists, so we can’t sit here and say this can or cannot live up to those claims, but we can say it will be in high demand if it does. The tracker also calculates the calories you burn, your heart rate, and daily exertion levels. The device works with an app on your phone so you can get a read on all that information. GoBe could change everything for every single person who uses MyFitnessPal or tracks calories in any way.
