Land Rover Defender 90 RC Truck Kit

For most of us, the six figure price tag that comes with a full-size Land Rover vintage SUV can be a lot to swallow. With the Tamiya RC Land Rover Defender 90 you can finally add a Land Rover to the collection for a few hundred bucks. Built on the same popular CC-01 chassis that the Tamiya RC Toyota Land Cruiser uses, this 1/10 scale model recreates an early version of the Land Rover Defender 90 (so named for the shorter wheelbase length of the original vehicle) down to separately molded ABS plastic parts for the grill, side mirrors, light cases and tire covers. You’ll have to build the RC Land Rover yourself–which is another bonus in our minds–so you have the option to add working LEDs for the lights and even repaint the truck if you wish.
