It uses multiple accelerometers to alert others that you’re slowing down. The lights blink while you ride and turn solid when you start to brake (you can also change this based on the orientation of the light), making it safer to brake on a congested city street. Designed and made in California, the Lucnt SRL1 is also an attractive accessory, having been machined from a single piece of aluminum.
