Okay, so technically they call it an “extreme off-road vehicle built for the high-end luxury market,” but it actually started life as the fastest dual-track vehicle (tank) developed for military use. Since then, government contractor and off-road vehicle specialist Howe & Howe spent countless hours tweaking the Ripsaw into an extremely capable high-end vehicle that knows no limits or boundaries. No, it isn’t practical. But you know you want this.
