Giant Bicycles was tired of all the wimpy fixie/freewheel options so they slapped some deep-dish 20/24-spoke wheels on a track racer. Then they upgraded the frame to lightweight ALUXX aluminum which keeps things stiff, but light. Finally, they throw on some front and rear caliper brakes to seal the deal. And if you’re ballsy enough to go brakeless they’ll do that do, but your face isn’t covered under warranty.
