Buell bikes are no longer, but that didn’t prevent David Sanchez of Valencia, Spain-based BottPower from using the Buell XB12 as the potent base bike upon which to create their XR-1. It utilizes the XB12’s big Harley-Davidson 1203cc V-Twin engine good for 100 horsepower and drops 40 lbs of weight from the original bike thanks to the use of high-strength carbon fiber in the tank and rear fairing. The essential muscular look of the XB12 is kept but with some important modernizing. What was originally a very fast bike now provides even more of a white-knuckled experience that just so happens to match the color of the tank. You can buy the complete bike, the add-on kit, or just the parts you want for your own XB12 to modify as you please.
