AMP Motorcycles Yamaha WR400 “The Edge”

This dirt bike turned bona fide flat tracker is known as “The Edge” (no relation to U2’s guitarist). The German father and son custom bike shop team of Michael and Allen Posenauertook a Yamaha WR400 F Enduro and eliminated the bodywork, replacing it with hand-crafted and straight-edged aluminum pieces including the tank, tail, and even the muffler. AMP also gave The Edge traditional number boards, a lowered and re-tuned KYB forks for higher-speed track performance, as well as 19″ spoked rims, and a gorgeous black-and-white striped seat, whose pattern continues all the way up the top fascia of the tank. It’s a gorgeous build that’s meant for speed (and looks), and the two generations could not be more proud.
