Taschen, publisher of some of our favorite books ever, sent photographer Carrie Solomon and author Adrian Moore out to find out what, exactly, was in the fridges of 40 of Europe’s top chefs. Along with the condiments, accoutrements, herbs and snacks you’ll find in their fridges, each chef also contributed two of their favorite home recipes.
