Everyone’s favorite outdoor oven maker is back with another great outdoor oven in the Uuni Pro. Two years in the making, the Uuni Pro does everything the Uuni 2 did well and makes it even better with a few key upgrades. It still cooks a pizza in under 2 minutes, but now that pizza can be up to 16″ thanks to an almost 18×18″ cooking surface. Having twice the cooking surface also allows Uuni Pro to be used for large roasts, fish and bread baking. It still burns wood pellets, but now it also works with real wood, charcoal or even gas. It still hits absurdly high temperatures in under twenty minutes, but now it can reach 935°F in fifteen minutes. All those extra features and space mean the mostly stainless oven is heavier, but it still weighs less than 60 lbs., which means transportation isn’t impossible. Uuni Pro is currently crowdfunding on Indiegogo with estimated delivery in July.
