Pizza and beer go together like, well, pizza and beer. To be fair, beer and pizza are both delicious separately, but it’s one of those “whole is greater than the sum of the parts” situations when you put them together. It was only a matter of time before someone mastered the process of fermenting with tomatoes and married two of our favorite things happily ever after. Mamma Mia! Pizza Beer is just that – beer that tastes like pizza. They use a margarita pizza (the basics and tomato, oregano, basil and garlic), but remove all the debris prior to bottling so it doesn’t look like the emptied contents of a stomach after a long night of drinking…it just looks like beer. This might just mean that beer finally qualifies as a balanced meal.
