Jimmy Fallon’s Gramercy Park Penthouse Triplex

We’ve seen our fair share of celebrity homes that have gone up for sale for huge amounts of money when the stars decided it was time for a change, but few of them perfectly capture the character of the star like Jimmy Fallon’s Quirky Gramercy Park Penthouse Triplex that just went on the market for $15mil. What started as a single apartment Fallon purchased himself in 2002 has been expanded over the past two decades to combine four separate units into a nearly 5,000 square foot living space that spans the top three floors of a historic Gramercy Park co-op building. Inside, the palatial penthouse that includes 6 bedrooms and five full baths is equal parts magical, quirky and whimsical because each one of the rooms is decked out in a different theme that spans generations. The Saloon Room has a fully equipped bar with custom stained glass inserts, fireplace, plenty of seating options, vintage wallpaper and an antler light fixture. The custom staircase that connects all the floors hides a hidden playroom with monkey bars, secret hatches and a “jailhouse intercom” phone system connected to the other playroom. Even the pantry–which used to be a working sound studio–is adorned with vintage wallpaper and also includes a secret hatch. You’d think the overall combinations of vintage wallpaper, exposed wood, fur, plaid, retro light fixtures, barn finds and more Easter egg colors than you could imagine shouldn’t work, but Fallon and his wife did it. We’d live here in a heartbeat.
