flexit-light

Whenever you’re trying to fix something in a cramped, dark area – be it under the hood of your car, behind your entertainment unit, where ever – the trickiest part is usually not the work itself, but rather just seeing what you’re doing.  Sure, you can attempt to cradle a flashlight under your chin or strap one around your head like a miner, but because of the tight areas you usually end up only making a few entertaining shadow puppets.  To remedy all these scenarios Striker created the FLEXiT.  The FLEXiT is a flexible hands free task light that’s full of uses, ingenuity, and capital letters.  It’s as thin as a few sheets of paper making it easy to slip into any dark crevice you happen to be working in, and can even wrap around tubes, magnetically attach to metal objects and illuminate an entire room.

G5-Cool-Material

Vaer has been one of our favorite watchmakers for as long as we can remember because they produce new, classic watches based on iconic designs. Case in point, the Vaer G5 Meridian watch you see here. This timepiece is a 1950s-inspired 20ATM automatic watch that’s USA-assembled, dual timezone, built with ocean-ready functionality, self-winding and the brand’s first true GMT (the latest version of their core dive watch design). What’s more, it pays homage to other watches that are incredibly more expensive or hard to come by whilst also adding new aspects that makes this Vaer G5 Meridian watch more desirable than the other options in our opinion.
