Knob Creek has been producing high-quality, absolutely delicious bourbon for longer than we’ve been of legal drinking age. This year, Knob Creek is introducing a new limited-edition expression that uses a secondary finishing approach to further develop the vision that founding distiller Booker Noe set for Knob Creek decades ago. Knob Creek Quarter Oak takes the brand’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey and finishes it for a minimum of four years in a new quarter cask to create an entirely new bourbon that drinks like a more evolved version of the original with a harmonious balance of oak influence and sweeter notes married with the same 100-proof fire you’ve come to expect from the brand. Whether you’re drinking it neat, on the rocks, or mixed in a cocktail, Knob Creek Quarter Oak Bourbon is a welcome addition to the collection.

We’ve long been obsessed with Things Organized Neatly, the Tumblr, Instagram account, and book that displays collections of items arranged in pleasing ways. It’s the reason we’re hard at work on this puzzle. When finished, the puzzle depicts a collection of retro video games and gaming systems aligned ever so perfectly. Each is made in the USA by the New York Puzzle Company and features original photography from artist Jim Golden. At 1000 pieces, it will put you to work for some time, but when you complete it you can use some puzzle glue and frame it on your wall. Out of chaos comes order, right?
