Monocle Films sat down for breakfast in Toronto, lunch in Liguria and dinner in Tokyo for what looks to be one of the best day’s of dining we’ve ever seen as part of a showcase for the second annual Monocle Restaurant Awards. With an emphasis on great meals that are consistently good instead of food fads, the entire list of 50 winners are sure to be just as delicious as the sampling shown in the video. The distillery teamed with friends at Midland Ghost to make this flavorful hot sauce, which features the latter’s prized first generation Ghost Peppers. After the sauce was made, it was left to age in barrels that once held Pappy. That means you have a sauce that’s rich, oaky, and full of flavorful heat. Use it on meats, veggies, or, if you’re a special brand of crazy, just drink it straight from the bottle. It’s that good.
