Making An IPA Aged In Jameson Barrels

Trends in craft beer seemingly change by the day. Just as soon as your fridge is stocked with session beers, you’re supposed to be buying sours. While we’d recommend just drinking what you like, if you like to follow the trends, there’s another on the horizon to look out for: Barrel-aged IPAs. KelSo of Brooklyn was recently able to get their hands on a few barrels from Jameson to help impart some extra spice and vanilla to their IPA. Here’s a look at how it all went down.
