Criminals in Dubai can stop looking out the rearview of their Lambo, Ferrari, or other supercar after a heist. Now they can start looking out the sunroof. That’s because police in Dubai are about to get a modified version of the Hoversurf Scorpion-3 we shared with you a while back. Yes, cops in Dubai will soon have hoverbikes. With the ability to go up 16 feet and travel at speeds of around 40 mph, they won’t exactly be perfect for tracking down getaway drivers, but what they will be useful for are problems cars can’t solve, like, say, a situation on a busy roadway or in a place where roads don’t go. Here’s a look at the new rides.

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
