The Monkey’s Fist iPhone Key Cable

The Monkey’s Fist iPhone Key Cable

If you’ve never heard of a monkey’s fist (or monkey paw), it’s a type of knot used at the end of a rope to serve as a weight or simple ornamentation. Don’t let the cute name fool you (you know, because it looks kind of like a small fist), it has serious potential as a keychain. The large “fist” makes it easy to find keys in your bag, or get them out of your pocket, and it also happens to conveniently double as a stress reliever. While a cool keychain is good enough in most circumstances, Native Union took it one step further with their iPhone Key Cable by turning it into a tiny lightning cable. It comes in Zebra, Coral Red or Marine blue and made of TPE and nylon. It’s also just long enough to let you use your phone while it’s plugged into the dashboard or your laptop, but not long enough to be annoying if it’s attached to your keys in your pocket.
