The Evolution of the US World Cup Soccer Jersey

Let’s just say that the draw for the US team in this year’s World Cup was not a favorable one. Getting out of a group that consists of Germany, Portugal, and–recent nemesis–Ghana, will be a tough task for the Americans. If we do go down early, at least we’ll look good doing so. The American kits are fresh and clean this year, which hasn’t always been the case. Here’s a look back at the jerseys worn by the US in all the previous World Cups.

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
