At some point, they’re going to have to start releasing these futuristic motorcycle concepts, because we’re not sure how many more we can take without actually getting to ride one. Most recently, Porsche unveiled the 618, an electric motorcycle concept that looks like a 911 Turbo you sit on top of rather and inside. The design is the brainchild of Miguel Angel Bahri, who wanted to make an electric concept that could actually be built today, not in the usual decades long delay (or at least what feels like decades). A digital instrument panel sits down to the left of the rider, and works with mobile devices to give important information and updates, like range, nearby charging points, and GPS. The bike will also charge your cell phone, if that’s something you were worried about. We’ll end this the way we usually end posts like this, by begging the company to get off their asses and start actually making some of these concepts reality. Millions more dollars are sitting right there in front of you, Porsche.

Pappy-Van-Winkle-Hot-Sauce

Pappy Van Winkle is the name in bourbon. Bottles have sent drinkers on wild goose chases and left others with empty bank accounts. While we can’t help you procure any of that elusive elixir, we can bring a little Pappy into your life in another way. Pappy Van Winkle Hot Sauce is aged in actual Pappy Van Winkle bourbon barrels. The distillery teamed with friends at Midland Ghost to make this flavorful hot sauce, which features the latter’s prized first generation Ghost Peppers. After the sauce was made, it was left to age in barrels that once held Pappy. That means you have a sauce that’s rich, oaky, and full of flavorful heat. Use it on meats, veggies, or, if you’re a special brand of crazy, just drink it straight from the bottle. It’s that good.
