ELEXTRA Electric Supercar

ELEXTRA Electric Supercar

Cards on the table, we’re not quite sure how we feel about the new ELEXTRA electric supercar that’s set to be unveiled later this year. The car designed in Switzerland and built in Germany reportedly has a software-limited 680 hp from dual electric motors capable of making ELEXTRA hit 62mph from a complete standstill in less than 2.3 seconds. Even though it’s not the “quickest street legal car in the world,” as the manufacturer claims, the time is still quite impressive especially when paired with a top speed of 155mph and a range of 372 miles while doing 60mph. Taken together those are ludicrous numbers that will make the ELEXTRA rival the Teslas, Ferraris, and Lamborghinis of the world, but we want to see one of the 100 production models actually gets produced and independently tested. In the meantime, we have no problem staring at the Lamborghini meets Porsche Panamera meets Hot Wheels vibe the four door ELEXTRA has going for it, but it might be too soon to call it a dream car.
