What-To-Watch-The-Meyerowitz-Stories

With cable, Netflix, and internet options, finding the best thing to watch during your downtime is difficult. Instead of flipping through menus all weekend and settling on nothing, turn to What to Watch This Weekend, a series in which we give you our pick for the best new show or movie available.

Anyone who saw Punch-Drunk Love knows Adam Sandler is more than silly voices and crude humor. Further proof of that hits Netflix today, as The Meyerowitz Stories (New and Selected) is available to stream right now. Sandler plays one of three sons, all dealing with the eccentricities of their artist father (Dustin Hoffman). There’s no punching Bob Barker. There’s no shampoo vs conditioner battle. There’s no “abbie doobie.” All you’ll see here is Sandler displaying his acting chops and stealing the show in the Noah Baumbach dark comedy. Watch it this weekend on Netflix

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
