marc-jacobs-backpack

This is not a backpack you’d load up with Trapper Keepers, felt-tip pen/highlighter combos and boxes of Dunkaroos and send a kid off to school with.  That is unless you’re some crazy rich celeb and your kid has some new-agey name like Dove or Farro.  This Canvas Backpack from Marc By Marc Jacobs is something we’d sport on a casual weekend trip to the beach or for an overnight stay at some new fling’s place.  The army grey bag has a couple of strips of off white leather and the logo for Marc Jacobs’ more affordable line on one of the front pockets.  It’s got a foldover flap and buckle fastener on the main compartment and the insides are lined with plaid like a stylish inside out picnic blanket.

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
