Right now, the point where form and function and fashion meet can be boiled down to one standard, Army-issue word: camo. You can find the newest iterations of everyone’s favorite chameleonesque material on pants and pocket squares and belts and briefs, so it’s no surprise it finally made its way onto the exterior of a backpack. To be fair, camo everything pretty much already exists in one military form or another, but now it’s getting used by companies that have no prior experience with the material and nothing near a military contract. What they do have is experience making excellent consumer goods. Herschel Supply Co. Backpacks are the closest thing you’ll find to a more grown-up, evolved version of the Boy Scout backpack. The Claim has a single wide mouth top entry, front pocket outfitted with an organizer and shoulder/lower back padding.

Ah, the waffle weave. Looks cool, feels great, reminds us of toasted Eggos. You’ve seen them before–probably in a fancy store or hotel–but Parachute’s brand new Waffle Towels are different. They’re spun using innovative Aerocotton Technology, which basically means they’ll be dry by the time your significant other finally gets out of the shower and realizes you stole their towel. Parachute’s Waffle Towels come in two sizes and two neutral colors. Plus, their 100% cotton construction means they start soft and only get softer with time. Even Kevin McCallister would approve.
