Affectionately referred to by the manufacturer as “The D-CAP-itater,” Tops Knives Bartender Defender is a great piece of EDC kit for party or survival chores. The mini fixed black knife is made from durable 1/8″ thick 1095 high carbon steel with a black traction coating and features a 0.38″ curved blade, built-in bottle opener and a black kydex sheathe. Bartender Defender can be worn as a neck knife, in your pocket, thrown into your bag or just left on your bar at home (don’t do this at work if you’re actually a bartender) for easy access. Because of the skeletonized handle that’s part of the one piece design the knife weighs just over an ounce and only 1.5oz with the sheath, so it’s incredibly lightweight and easy to carry. They even added a ribbed thumb grip for easy removal from the sheath and bottle cap popping.

A pocket square is a touch of old school class. It’s an element that casually lets people know you’re a gentleman. This knife from Gerber borrows its name from the humble pocket square because it too is sharp and dressy. Eschewing superfluous design elements for a sleek, clean appearance, the Gerber Pocket Square Knife is refined and mature. The machined aluminum handle is paired with a 3” drop point blade and an ambidextrous thumb lift for one stunning folder. If James Bond relied on a pocket knife, this would be it.
