We’re just going to come right out and say it–Sriracha is the best condiment on the planet. Ranch has its place, as does ketchup, but the rooster never disappoints. We even did a blind taste test of nine different Srirachas to find our favorite. What we haven’t done (yet!) is make our own. Thanks to Diane Unger and America’s Test Kitchen, you can now make your own Sriracha with a few simple ingredients and some time in the kitchen. Rooster bottle not included.
